📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Utilize advanced project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA to oversee project timelines and resources.
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and industry partners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business portfolio management, strategic planning, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
