As a Deputy Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes. You will work closely with the Internal Audit team to conduct audits, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to improve our financial controls.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Analyzing financial data to identify areas of risk and improvement,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures,Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior audit staff,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus
