📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and improve overall efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.,Proven ability to manage and supervise warehouse staff effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
