Sehati Oka Store is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Makassar. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
