HR Staff - Employee Benefits & Recruitment Specialist

Ibarbo Park (Yogyakarta) is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits and recruitment processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team. With a competitive salary of Rp 4,500,000 - Rp 7,000,000 per month, this position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to grow within a reputable company.

As an HR Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce while ensuring employee satisfaction through comprehensive benefits management. You will be responsible for designing and implementing benefits programs that align with our company's goals and values. Additionally, you will lead our recruitment efforts, sourcing and interviewing top talent to support our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure accurate hiring practices.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and HR trends to continuously improve our HR processes.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and provide support throughout their employment journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee benefits and recruitment.
• Proficiency in HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and hiring managers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
