📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire IT infrastructure of Virtual Staffing Solutions OPC, ensuring that our systems are always up and running smoothly.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure that our applications are deployed efficiently and securely.
• Manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that we are using our resources effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are secure and scalable.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that our systems can withstand any potential disruptions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to our employees, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and implement best practices to ensure that our infrastructure is always up-to-date and secure.
• Work closely with our vendors and service providers to ensure that we are getting the best possible value for our IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on cloud and network infrastructure.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen.
• Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
