Sejati Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Kepala Digital Printing to lead our production and operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of our digital printing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital printing technology and a proven track record of managing production processes efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the digital printing department, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to production schedules.,Managing a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment.,Collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and deliver high-quality printed materials.,Conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues that arise to maintain product standards.,Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of materials and supplies.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production capabilities and output.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital printing operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of digital printing technology, including various printing methods and equipment.,Proven experience in managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in digital printing.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production management and quality control.
