In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Create and manage technical writing projects, including timelines and deliverables.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our technical documentation processes.,Ensure that technical documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
