📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update our sales database with customer information.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales meetings and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the team's sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Assist in marketing activities, such as email campaigns and social media promotions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
