PT Prima Pilar is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop the store team, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking and ordering.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
