🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in strategic talent management and employee well-being programs.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
