Primech A&P Pte. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our Facilities Services team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with our team to maintain and improve our facilities, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Bali, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.,Work closely with our team to maintain and improve our facilities, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and guests.,Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve our business objectives, including improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the guest experience.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that our facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Work closely with our maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.,Develop and implement training programs for our team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management, hospitality, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations or facilities management role.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our team and guests.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
