📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of thermal power plant projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget requirements.,Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.,Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.,Represent the company at client meetings and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on thermal power plant projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of boiler and engine systems, including their design, operation, and maintenance.,Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the thermal power plant industry.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
