📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding systems according to safety standards and project requirements.
• Ensuring the safety and stability of scaffolding systems during construction and industrial projects.
• Inspecting scaffolding systems for damage or wear and tear, and making necessary repairs.
• Working closely with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure the safety and efficiency of the work environment.
• Following all safety protocols and regulations related to scaffolding.
• Maintaining accurate records of scaffolding usage, inspections, and repairs.
• Training and supervising junior scaffolding staff as needed.
• Participating in safety meetings and incident investigations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a scaffolder in construction and industrial projects.
• Valid scaffolding certification and certification in first aid.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction and industrial equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
