📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation and baking of products, ensuring consistency in quality.,Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve departmental goals and targets.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the bakery or food service industry.,Proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
