📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of retail outlets.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
