📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information,Ensure a positive and friendly shopping experience for customers,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter,Assist with stock management and inventory control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner,Promote products and services to customers,Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
