📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Handle refunds, exchanges, and other customer inquiries.,Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and stand for long periods of time.
