This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing timely support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.,Manage and update IT documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve IT-related issues.,Conduct regular system backups to ensure data integrity and availability.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support software and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Experience with network administration and security.Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
