📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Participate in inventory management and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other operational reports as required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
