📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform land and property surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones.
• Create accurate and detailed maps and plans using AutoCAD and other GIS software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey data is integrated into overall project planning.
• Conduct field inspections and measurements to verify the accuracy of existing data.
• Prepare and submit survey reports and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of surveying protocols and procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your surveying skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in land and property surveying (licensed candidates may have more experience).
• Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, SurvCE, and Trimble Business Center.
• Knowledge of GIS and mapping technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid surveying license (preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates).
