📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and professional information.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
