📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets, contributing to overall company revenue growth.,Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure timely delivery of products and effective communication of company policies.,Participate in store audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.,Promote and participate in company events and initiatives to strengthen team morale and brand loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management and reporting.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to adapt to different work settings.
