📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
