📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Handle reservations and bookings for our hotel facilities.,Assist with front desk operations, including billing and payment processing.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of local area and services.
