📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
