📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of managing staff and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.
• Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
