📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our luxury properties.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate market.,Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, such as open houses, events, and promotional activities.,Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in luxury real estate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and SEO.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience working in Bali or the luxury real estate market is a plus.
