CV Widya Lestari is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales and transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or cashier roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
