Mitralink Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system to potential clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve monthly targets.,Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the restaurant industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform sales strategies.,Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry.,Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its challenges.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
