📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and support staff.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the company's financial goals.,Handle and resolve complex accounting issues and disputes.,Ensure all accounting records are properly documented and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
