📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 3 technical support for desktop and laptop issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions.,Monitor and maintain the performance of desktop and laptop systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.,Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use and troubleshoot their systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.,Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.,Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.,Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
