📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive corporate growth and ensure optimal performance management.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners and analysts to achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align corporate planning with overall business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the smooth operation of business processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate planning and performance management.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate planning and performance management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance management tools and software is desirable.
