📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive store performance and support company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
