📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote and participate in store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences is beneficial.
