📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth receipt and shipment of goods.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them promptly and fairly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
