📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial controls

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
