📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of European bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following established procedures and standards.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and product innovations.,Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in a European bakery or pastry shop.,Strong knowledge of European baking techniques and methods.,Familiarity with various types of bread, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
