As an Accounts Executive at Esfira Pte Ltd, you'll be responsible for maintaining and updating our general ledger, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. You'll also play a key role in our month-end and year-end closing processes, working closely with our finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Support our sales and operations teams with financial insights and analysis
• Play a key role in our month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with our finance team to maintain and improve our accounting systems and processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve and develop your skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with a strong background in general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
• Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations in Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu
