📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers, ensuring they receive the right products and information to manage their health conditions.
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing medication therapy management.
- Conduct health screenings and educational sessions to promote health awareness and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends, products, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the continuous improvement of retail operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related health science field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical retail setting or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
