📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing for non-core systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain the integrity and functionality of our systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the implementation phase.
• Ensure that all non-core systems are properly documented and that documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize our systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT project management and quality assurance.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project quality control and implementation.
• Proven experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of non-core systems and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial systems and processes is highly desirable.
• Certification in IT project management or quality assurance is a plus.
